Because quality seat time requires the precision of a purpose-built car, QuickShift Racing's on-track testing programs have furnished capable drivers with race-spec single-seaters. Drivers who've mastered our testing programmes have progressed directly to impressive race starts against other formula and sports racing cars.

Our introductory testing programme is catered to approved drivers with trackday and time trials experience, providing our Formula E Van Diemen race cars as well as coaching and trackside support at Shannonville Motorsport Park. Purpose-designed as a driver development facility, the multiconfiguration airfield circuit launched a generation of professional racing drivers in Canada's golden age of pro racing, and continues to provide a popular choice for driver and racecar development. The program is structured to simulate a full event distance: two 15-minute practice sessions precede a 20-minute race-distance test and evaluation. Lead/follow sessions with an experienced on-track coach are available to get you quickly on pace, and are optional for returning QSR test drivers. ($1,499)

Our advanced-level testing program is restricted to pro-licenced competition drivers, and graduates of QuickShift Racing's introductory testing programme. Drivers experience the Formula E's downforce-assisted cornering at the high-speed corners of Mosport International Raceway. The sensation of cornering on the wings of a formula car is unmatchable, and mastering the technique has proven challenging even for experienced touring car racers. As with our introductory program, lead/follow sessions with an experienced on-track coach can teach you the nuances of this fast and demanding circuit. ($POA)
